Job Summary
- Generate client referrals from professional referral sources
- Represent Caresify Home Care professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community
- Call healthcare facilities, physicians, service coordinators, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales
- Interview, Recruit and Orientate Caregivers
- Organizes and schedules training for all Caregivers.
- Listening to needs of clients and matching them to the appropriate direct support professionals
- Report, manage and close Critical Incidents using the AHCA reporting system AIRS in a timely manner
- Review clients care plan with clients and Caregivers
- Resolve Caregivers and client grievances and complaints
- Managing last minute calls outs, finding appropriate coverage.
- May conduct periodic quality assurance audits for accuracy and quality associated with training.
- Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
- Sending shift reminders & scheduling caregivers
- Understanding of HIPPA regulations and protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Maintaining an excellent rapport with clients and employees and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.
- Manage and keep track of client authorizations
- Performing other related duties as required or assigned.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 year of office experience, healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Home Care Director, Administrator or manager
- Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, internet applications, and electronic medical record and documentation programs.
- Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation is required
- Must pass a level 2 background check
- Be familiar with Medicaid SMMS rules and regulations
- Preferred experience using Tellus, Availity, and HHA Exchange
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,198.77 - $55,000.00 per year
