We have all shifts open. We have days, nights and graveyards available! You can get started immediately! No experience or certifications necessary! We pay for all certifications and continued education during employment. We also pay you for orientation and it's paid training in our homes. We pay bi-weekly! We offer benefits to full time employees! We do offer 8 or 12 hour shifts.

We have drawings, gifts, company SWAG, company cars, all meals provided, and we offer a great atmosphere to work in! If you are looking for a lifelong career, we offer advancement opportunities as well!

The job duties are:

Caring for individuals who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our individuals either live alone or have a roommate. We go into their homes, and we prepare meals, basic everyday cleaning, we teach them everyday living skills, go out into the community with them and do various activities. We even go to Lagoon and other all paid trips as well with them!
