Right at Home is looking for a Hiring and Retention Coordinator! Hiring and Retention Coordinator will execute the interviewing, hiring and retention processes of employees. Hiring and Retention Coordinator will operate through various recruiting platforms already established, perform interviews and onboard new employees. We are looking for candidates who have interviewing experience. Candidates from home care and staffing agencies will be successful here. Must be detail and people oriented and very organized. Hours are Monday through Friday 830a-5p. Starting salary at $40,000 with opportunity to grow!

Job Functions of Hiring and Retention Coordinator:

· Conducts phone and in-person care staff interviews

· Pre-plans weekly recruiting and onboarding activities

· Builds candidate pipeline by building relationships

· Conducts all required new hire processing and orientation

· Aligns company with all state regulations

Job Requirements of Hiring and Retention Coordinator:

· Two years minimum in high volume interviewing role

· Hiring and Retention Coordinator will exhibit high sense of urgency in recruiting new talent and placements

· Associates in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related field

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this position is on-site Mon – Fri)

· Pre-employment drug screen and background check required

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
