- Parts Blue Printing - Sort, pull and deliver parts to Technician, open boxes to match with vehicle. Sort parts for return
Week 3 & 4
- Body Repair - Shadow and work with a veteran body technician
Week 5 & 6
- Paint & Refinish - Shadow and work with a veteran paint technician
Week 7 & 8
- Office/estimating - Prepare and reconcile estimates, order parts, interact with customers.
