The Helpdesk Inventory & Asset Specialist Technician II is responsible for the inventory management of all end user workstations, conference room equipment, peripherals, monitors etc.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilitiels will include maintaining storage facilities, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, compiling reports and doing weekly counts of all products, and preventing losses. This position will be the onsite resource for:

• Tracking inventory maintenance.
• Controlling flow of equipment and supplies.
• Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
• Coordinating and directing the Deskside teams on how to maintain inventory processes and procedures
• Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Training less experienced inventory workers.
• Compiling inventory reports.
• Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
• Forecasting future inventory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System or 3+ years of comparable professional experience required
• Experience with Windows 10, and Mac OS X devices.
• Experience with current Microsoft desktop OS & apps, specifically Office 365
• Proven exposure to Windows server operating systems
• Experience with Inventory and CMDB applications
• Experience with information security applications on the desktop

Ability to provide a “White Glove” customer service experience

• Demonstrate great communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• If employed in the U.S., being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is required
