Help Desk Support Technician

Central Texas Technology Solutions is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to support its rapidly growing client base. Central Texas Technology Solutions delivers effective technology, consulting, and support services for growing businesses. Responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical support to our customer base via phone or hands on support.
- Track, research, and resolve technical issues.
- Clearly communicating with customers to resolve technical issues.
- Documentation of issues and solutions for future knowledge use.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Helpdesk experience.
- 3 years technical experience with Windows Operating Systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of Network Protocols.
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider), supporting multiple clients.
- Mac OSx experience.
- Microsoft 365 Administration.
Expectations:
- Be a team player and a self-starter.
- Excellent organizational and project tracking skills.
- Have an analytic mindset when approaching technical issues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
