We are seeking a highly motivated healthcare focused Recruiter to help build our interim staffing and Permanent hire business by using your strong sourcing background to achieve national recruiting goals. What our Recruiters do

Develop sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of tools including LinkedIn, social media postings, and chrome extension tools such as Hunter focused on long term care and skilled nursing facility roles
-
Manage full life cycle recruiting for a broad range of specialty nursing positions on an interim and permanent basis. Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber sub-contractor candidates for our interim openings.

Communicate with current interim clients and sub-contractors weekly to ensure the assignment is going well and address any concerns.

Track and maintain all activity in our applicant tracking system daily with weekly reporting metrics

Attend all meetings to discuss new orders and status updates

Interact closely with sales on new leads. Interact with clients and present qualified candidates. Manage client escalations as necessary and manage the entire interview process.

Send out Subcontractor Agreements through Adobe Sign and track progress accordingly. Perform reference checks. Initiate background checks and drug tests for candidates that accept offers for new assignments.

Work with both the client and sub-contractor regarding candidate housing, airfare, rental care, meal stipend, etc. Follow up with the client and sub-contractor weekly on assignment feedback.

Communicate with the client two-weeks prior to the end of a sub-contractor's assignment around possible extension or conversion.

Provide excellent customer care and follow up while establishing strong relationships with candidates to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and retention

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to continue to drive growth and increase consultant hours.

Oversee the current consultant payroll structure and follow up on consultant timecards.

Track weekly activity and send all reports to management.

Assist on special projects as needed.
What it takes to join the family
-
Qualified candidates will have achieved at least an associate degree in the field of healthcare, business, or a related-field and have 1-3 years of healthcare staffing experience or account management experience preferably in the nursing industry.

Health care experience and knowledge of the LTC and SNF space is preferred. Experience managing multiple clients at once.

Experience working with an applicant tracking system is required—SmartSearch, Salesforce, or similar staffing system expertise is a plus

Superior customer service and communication skills. Strong technological expertise.

Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet critical deadlines
-
Demonstrated success in building relationships with clients, candidates, and vendors
-
Willingness to come into our Corporate Chicago Office twice per week.
