JOB DUTIES:

Assist with the opening/closing of the center.

Assist with increasing membership/retaining onsite members Teach virtual and onsite classes Assist with creating, implementing, evaluating wellness programs both nationally and locally.

Assist with wellness screenings for onsite employees

MUST HAVE SKILLS :

The position requires:

*Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field

*Preferred at least one year experience in corporate wellness

*CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification and the willingness to utilize emergency medical skills.

*Additional certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise are a plus.

*Individuals must possess good communication skills and have the ability to interact well with a diverse population.

*The position requires working shifts ranging from 6:30am-4:30pm, but could vary.

*Individuals will be required to help in the following areas:

*Maintain facility and equipment, including open and close the facility.

*Teach classes, conduct fitness assessments, prescribe workouts, conduct personal and group training sessions.

*Develop a variety of fitness incentive contests, wellness programs, and more.

*Responsible for recruiting members, retaining members, driving attendance and other statistics for the center.

*Contribute to their Area H&W team and our National H&W team initiatives.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related health, exercise, wellness field is a must. Additional nationally recognized certification is a plus (ACSM, ACE, etc).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
