Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and the wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At SNAHC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68,407.59-92,551.45
Position Summary:
The Health Informatics Analyst (HIA) reports to the Information Systems Manager. Their primary focus will be acquisition, management, validation and analysis of data and report results in support to multiple departments within SNAHC. The HIA will identify trends using data analytics, data visualization and data modeling technologies, to assist departments, managers, and executives make business decisions to modernize and improve processes throughout the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Designing and developing company wide data analysis and reporting solutions
- Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources
- Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to senior management
- Design new data collection models to better collect information
- Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
- Develop protocol on how to best filter and variance
- Coordinate with IT department to implement new models
- Ability to acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Provides support to teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
- Ability to organize technical work; demonstrate excellent planning, problem-solving, analysis, documentation, presentation, and organization skills.
- Compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, as they pertain to position including; HIPAA, sexual harassment, Scope of Practice, OSHA etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated SQL experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a health care environment
- Demonstrated experience with relational database management systems
- Proficient in MS Office 365 with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- NextGen experience
- Experience working in a Community Health or FQHC
- Adept at queries, report writing, and shell scripting
- Power BI Experience
