Job Summary:
Engagement Analyst provides virtual/telephonic support to educate on wellness program development of the Select & Middle Market sub segment (U100) clients. In working with clients, this role reactively responds to inquiries about health engagement capabilities. Using the tools provided, Engagement Analysts steer available resources that educate clients and influence their employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles.

Job Duties:
Responsible for providing client support in the areas of steerage, health and wellness initiatives. Coordinates with sales matrix partners to ensure client needs met and potential problems averted. Keeps direct manager and local market(s) informed of account status.

Applies consistent techniques and procedures to standard, routine instructions. Closely follows standard operating procedures and executes on all performance deliverables (activity tracking, email/telephonic communication/processing and inquiry/output management). Willingly supports team goals while maintaining individual performance.

Respond to high volume of email inquiries to support and address client/broker questions related to resources and offerings

Execute virtual/telephonic presentations to clients or brokers to respond to questions about health and wellness programs

Maintain current knowledge of health engagement offerings and effectively articulate / demonstrate capabilities and tools

May be point of contact for other assigned book of business

Achieve U100 sub-segment sales and health engagement objectives by identifying and responding to client needs

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, health administration or similar preferred

Proficient knowledge (1 - 2 years) in healthcare / managed care business; to include many or all of the following: customer service, product/marketing processes, sales practices, account management and knowledge of administrative operations

Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Self-starter and team player

Focus on quality and service

Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage a heavy workload

Integrity to handle sensitive or confidential information is critical

Prioritize and adapt based on deadlines

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 25 - 37 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
