Profile Coach

Profile by Sanford, a membership-based health and wellness company specializing in weight loss and sustainable lifestyle change, has an employment opportunity for a Profile Coach located in the Chicagoland Area / Deer Park, IL. (Deer Park Town Center - same center as Apple, Potterbarn, and William Sonoma.)

The Wellness Specialist (Profile Coach) is responsible for providing nutrition and health education on the Profile by Sanford program to Profile by Sanford members. As a Profile Coach your role is to connect, encourage, support and help members achieve their weight loss goals - creating positive impact on their life for sustainable weight loss and improvement in health.

ESSENTIAL ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Provide coaching to all Profile by Sanford Members:

• Receive certification/training on Profile protocols and programs
• Hold weekly one-on-one appointments through face-to-face, virtual, or telephonic appointments with members to support their progression through the three phases of the Profile program
• Work with members to create and provide customized solutions that meet their weight loss needs.
• Respond to inquiries from potential, current, and past members.
• Manage patients appointments, files, and communications, using Profile computer systems and electronic devices.
• Initiate follow-up calls to potential, current and past members.
• Manage files and documents such as member files, educational handouts, certificates and other documents via our electronic dashboard and app

Manage your schedule to achieve metrics and member-focus results:

• Maintain and administers schedule in system (blocks, freezes, etc.) to effectively manage tasks / appointments / sales.
• Keeps proportional slots open to remain patient-centric flexibility and availability for growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Experienced in the weight loss / health coaching field or an academic background in health, nutrition or relevant experience in a similar field, including a strong sales background, interest in health and wellness.
• Strong Sales experience

• Service oriented
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized
• Proactive and able to work without constant direction
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and with differing levels of health awareness
• A team player with desire to have fun.
• Strong computer experience and fluency with electronic systems, CRM systems, Microsoft ecosystem.

REPORTING AND OTHER EXPECTATIONS

The position will report to the Center Manager for day-to-day supervision. The person in this position will also have significant contact and involvement with other members of the Profile team including owners. The work will be based at our Deer Park center office.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)
• fitness / weight loss / nutritional health coaching: 4 years (Preferred)
