Introduction to the Team

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to be part of our Healthcare practice. The practice provides a myriad of strategic, analytical and operational services to various health care entities across the country. Our Strategy practice provides unique opportunities to work with C-Suite executives around strategic planning and operations, conducting engagements with health care leaders to drive effective and sustainable organizational growth. We work in integrated systems, hospitals, medical groups, health plans and ancillary service organizations. You will have the opportunity to experience a range of project types while gaining an in-depth knowledge of the health care industry. Responsibilities

• Providing clients with exceptional service and quality
• Interacting with client representatives of all levels
• Health care data and financial analytics, including claims data, using advanced tools; Power BI preferred
• Delivering high quality work product on time
• Working autonomously and as part of a team
• Professionalism, respectfulness, and dedication
• Working in a multitude of environments including remotely, in our offices, and at client locations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in consulting or similar experience with an emphasis on working with C-suite counterparts preferred
• Previous experience in reviewing financial reports, analyzing operational results and implementing new processes and protocols
• Experience in building analytic models, dashboard and tools experience preferred; Power BI is strongly preferred
• Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and business systems, and draw logical conclusions
• Demonstrated skills in project planning, reviewing, and ensuring work is organized and documented
• Sound business judgment and creative problem-solving attributes, in addition to working experience and knowledge in a wide-range of environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
