Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a
hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Provide overall direction for operational activities within the Ocean Spray Manufacturing Network
- Manage a Network annual budget (range $150-350MM) while meeting all safety, quality, volume/productivity, yield, team member engagement, and customer service targets
- Drive continuous improvement within the Ocean Spray Manufacturing System to achieve improving costs, quality and service
- Provide direction, coaching and mentoring for several director/managerial-level direct reports (Plant Directors/Managers)
- Engage with shared services to execute all associated capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites on time and on budget
- Develop annual objectives and provide appropriate feedback for direct reports through regular meetings, monthly managers’ calls, quarterly reviews and annual performance appraisals
- Serve as the principal spokesperson for the facilities managed with both internal and external business partners
- Work with Plant leadership to develop and execute upon objectives and remove obstacles to deliver on AOP commitments
- Engage with EHS network to ensure compliance to local and federal requirements and implement and standardize practices and policies that protect safety and well-being of our team members, contractors, and visitors
- Develop, conduct and direct strategic initiatives which may be of a confidential nature
- Obtain information and use extensive knowledge of current operational and technical structure within all Plants to assist in optimizing the network to take advantage of strategic opportunities of both short- and long-term nature

- Focus is on strategies/programs/projects/operation of a multiple functional areas/departments
