Role Purpose Statement

· You are in charge of all operations for the Ghost Kitchen venture of LSG Sky Chefs in Miami.

Main Accountabilities

· Strategically plan, organize, and manage a multi-unit kitchen with regards to daily hours, schedules, productivity, quality and safety

· Responsible for department costs to budget through effective manpower planning, scheduling, overtime usage

· Accountable for cost of goods and waste management

· Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), safety, health, environmental and other regulations

· Ensure on-time and accurate production in the preparation of food/equipment and order fulfilment

· Responsible for customer satisfaction and ownership of marketing initiatives

· Maintain an ongoing, positive and pro-active relationship with all internal and external customers

· Provides recommendations on business improvement and advises senior leadership on labor issues including, safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training etc.

· Ensures that a team of high performing support staff is in place

· Communicates the importance of building success the right way: through the creation of culture to empower employees

· Supports the efforts of the team developing excellent kitchens, maintaining an effective system of marketing, and building an effective facilities support and maintenance program

· Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to supervisors and teams

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· H.S. diploma or equivalent knowledge required

· Bachelor’s Degree comparable skills and experience

· In addition, 5-7 years of proven multi-unit leadership in a service, QSR and /or fast casual restaurant environment, preferred

· Ability to manage P&L cost and developing/implementing corrective action to address issues

· Solid knowledge of the service kitchen or QSR industry, with a focus on hospitality

· Ghost Kitchen Operation / Delivery only concept knowledge is a plus

· Preferred proficiency in restaurant operations, back of house and related systems Proven success of developing high performing teams

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Strong presentation, communication, training and interpersonal skills

· Passion for producing quality food in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
