Duties and responsibilities: The 8th Grade Football Coach will:
1.
Be responsible to the principal for accountability of the total football program at the school.
2. Exercise leadership in the teaching of skills, citizenship, character, rules and treatment of injuries.
3. Work in harmony with the varsity football coach in promoting the total football program.
4. Supervise players on team at all times during practices, trips and games.
5. Perform scouting duties as may be assigned by the head varsity football coach.
6. Perform any reasonable duties in the football program as may be assigned by the principal, assistant principal or sports director.
