Key Outcomes for Maintenance Technician
-Execute a wide variety of interior/exterior maintenance and repair tasks (replace light bulbs and sockets, HVAC filters, door hinge lube, painting, small drywall repairs, fixture repairs/ replacement, etc.)
-Show up to work 100% of the time, on time
-Provide the best residential services experience imaginable (honest, kind, clear, and constant communication; on-time service; do the work we say we’re going to do)
-Operational excellence--good, safe repair and maintenance work
-Provide a detailed description of the work performed on each day, accounting for time and materials used within company software system
-Safely operate a company-provided work van
-Maintain and safeguard company tools and equiement
-On a weekly basis, clean and inspect your van and equipment

Palmetto Coast Home Concierge is a start-up residential services company, preparing to launch in the Charleston and Sea Island communities in February 2023. We are veteran owned and operated, want to create the best team in the market, and aim to define the category of "Concierge Home Maintenance."

Why We Exist
We believe that caring for a home is harder and more unpleasant than it should be, so we aim to offer our customers—who we refer to as “members”—a single, local, friendly, and responsive point of contact to care for all of their residential services needs, and leave them feeling good about the experience.

We do two things for our members. First, as part of their membership, we check our customers’ homes often, and sometines daily when those named storms come our way. Second, our members completely outsource the care of their luxury home to us. That means our members rely on us to handle every aspect related to the care of their home—from simple maintenance like changing lightbulbs to major projects like kitchen and bath renovations and everything in between.

Our members can call, text or e-mail us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We pick up their phone calls on the first ring and respond to their emails within 24 hours. If there’s an emergency, we deal with the issue immediately by solving the problem ourselves or getting someone to the home who can.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
