Hotel Equities is looking to hire a super energetic, friendly, and efficient Sales Coordinator for our Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Keller Town Center! Responsibilities include exhibiting top notch customer service, assisting sales staff, coordinating client needs and events. Responsibilities

• Assist the sales staff in all sales related duties for group, corporate and catering related business.
• Process all incoming business leads as directed by DOS or GM
• Assist in the servicing of in-house groups from the sales office.
• Organizing group event details, rooming lists, and other guest requests.
• Act as a liaison between hotel sales office and client.
• Maintain files and sales databases as per company standards
• Ensure efficient communication of group needs to hotel operations staff.
• Execute assigned sales reporting and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Follow-up on all special projects and assignments given by the Director of Sales.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Responsibilities are subject to change.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Hilton experience preferred.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Weekends and holidays may be required as business needs warrant.
• Must have the ability to work independently and multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
