We are currently looking for an outgoing, energetic, and customer service oriented individual to fill the position of Guest Service Expert on a Full-Time basis.

What will I be doing?

  • Self-inspect; providing open communication, assist in training new staff as well as counseling and providing performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Clean daily assignments of the guest rooms, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, public areas and back of the house; ensure compliance with accident/loss prevention programs, health/sanitation standards and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Report any engineering and housekeeping discrepancies in the rooms assigned daily.
  • Must be available to clean rooms and cover shifts as needed as well as comply with attendance rules and be available to work on scheduled shifts.
  • Assist in inventory supply as needed, collect supplies/goods at beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Fill our form for items into the Lost and Found daily and answer inquires to maintain controls and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in projects including but not limited to, deep cleaning, inspecting rooms for quality and ensuring proper documentation and other QA items are completed, such as training and certifications for department.
  • Comply with emergency training and procedures to ensure appropriate protection of the hotel, guests, staff and company assets.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, including proper uniform.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience
