Guest Experience Team Member - Butterfly Biosphere
Wage: $11.00 - $11.50/hour
Shift: Part-Time. Daytime shifts available, Monday through Saturday, some Holidays shifts required. Closed Sundays

Summary:
Looking for part-time work in a fun, friendly, family environment? We need high energy, outgoing people to greet guests and direct lines, scan tickets, work at the front desk and help with our Gift Shop sales. As a Guest Experiences Team Member at Butterfly Biosphere, you will be responsible to provide exceptional guest service by monitoring and assisting guests, while helping to maintain order.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, engage, help, and thank each of our guests
• Run cashier at front desk and gift shop
• Help cultivate an environment of learning and welcoming for all guests
• Help maintain an orderly, safe, clean and orderly environment for our team and guests.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Thanksgiving Point venues and activities and communicate these effectively to our guests
• Adhere to all rules and regulations as necessary to assure safety for all guests and team members
• Uphold Thanksgiving Point’s Mission and Values
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Great customer service, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Able to readily learn cash register/point of sale and money handling skills
• Physical requirements: able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long amounts of time
• Ability to handle crowds and a fast-paced environment
• At least 16 years old
• Pass a background check

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
