Guest Experience Supervisor
Job description
Property Management Company looking for a detail oriented person to coordinate our guest experience for both our long term tenants and vacation rental guests. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. Answer phones in a polite and professional manner.
2. Inspect all homes prior to move in for long term tenants
3. Daily inspections of vacation rental check-ins for quality control.
4. Answer daily inquiries for potential tenants and guests.
5. Keep accurate and up to date records and files for our tenants
Position can be full or part time for the right candidate. Sundays are a very busy day for us and we will require a schedule that includes Sunday hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
