Job Summary:

Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferable)
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 based on experience and Bonus Structure
Travel: Willing to travel

Who You Are:

We want someone to direct all marketing and public relations strategies, manage the promotion of the brand to engage new investors and to work alongside the team to distribute property proposals and updates for current investors. We need a full stack growth marketer experienced in direct response marketing who know what levers to pull for conversion rate optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running. Experience in marketing multifamily real estate is a bonus but not necessary.

You are well educated, sophisticated, presentable, and polished. You speak well and your personality bodes well for networking opportunities. Your innovative thinking allows you to identify new prospects and your competitive nature welcomes the challenge. You must believe in the “triple bottom line”

People (charity and community), Planet (green initiatives) and finally Profit (taking care of our investors and equity partners).

Responsibilities Summary:

● Must be highly proficient with G-Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
● Proficiency with Project Management tools preferred (Click Funnels, WordPress, Active

Campaign, and HubSpot)
● Oversees and coordinates email, ads, sales, SEO and social marketing
● Oversees systems roadmap and configuration across the entire Salesforce landscape
● Ensures the team completes all projects to the highest of standards
● Develops comprehensive fundraising and marketing plans and objectives in conjunction with the Leadership Team with targeted goals, quantifiable outcomes, and timelines
● Directs the creation, production, and distribution of all marketing materials such as press releases, newsletters, and publications (print and digital) and ensures the consistent use of all print and electronic branding assets such as letterhead and logos. Updates style guide as needed

● Develop and track performance metrics and translate goals into actionable insights for the marketing team

● Can source and hire marketing assistants in the following categories:

• Copyright
• Content writing
• Graphic design
• Digital applications
• Video editor
• Social media manager
• Etc.

● Assist marketing team with delivery of marketing assets when necessary
● Ability to manage and oversee multiple agencies and contractors and keep everyone working toward the Viking Capital vision
● Extreme ownership of all marketing directives

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree Required
● 3-5 years’ prior marketing experience required
● Excellent oral communication, written communication and presentation skills and an ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of an organization.
● Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment
● Demonstrates “hands-on”, professional approach to business and a willingness to be held accountable for results.
● Highly resourceful; not dependent on large corporate staffs and resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
