We provide comprehensive community-based services that help people with special needs thrive while realizing and choosing their goals. Through education and advocacy, we provide opportunities, support, and integration within our community. Among the programs and services we provide, we are the only agency to offer premier transportation and health care services in Mercer County.
What You Need:
- A passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide support to staff and ongoing resources by proactively anticipating the needs of our residents so a solution can be offered before being requested.
- Be Team oriented, dedicated, and enthusiastic about working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
- Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
