West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full -time opening in Kent, WA for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance. Ideal candidates would have maintenance and groundskeeping experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Job Requirements:

Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of all outdoor areas of the property by performing various landscaping and maintenance duties to keep our properties functional, clean and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (i.e. - changing light bulbs/lighting fixtures, repairing or cleaning signage, pressure washing, cleaning gutters/roof areas, interior and exterior painting, maintain sidewalks, stairwells, and parking lot areas, remove snow from walkways and apply salt, etc.)
• Perform repairs (i.e. - broken handles/doorknobs, broken windows, signage, etc.)
• Perform landscaping duties (i.e. - mowing, weeding, raking, pruning trees/bushes, backpack blowing, herbicide application, etc.)

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience (preferred)
• Experience with the operation of hand and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
