Culinary Team Members: Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will
perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
Must be able to prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations
Following our menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally,
assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. A fun atmosphere to show off your HOSPITALITY and attention to detail creating beautiful presentations of food and displays.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is a MUST and a SMILE is required!
Requirements:
This is a lead position on the front line. Must be able to help with putting away inventory and ordering. Must be able to communicate daily and maintain prep. Must stay on top of all temperatures for foods. Must be able to maintain own station as well as help with others.
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed.
