Our creative team plays a crucial role in customer experience. We seek friendly and highly-motivated individuals who are dedicated to helping customers have a fantastic experience with CreateMyTee. You must understand and care about satisfying customers, and have the communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to develop conceptual design solutions from inception to delivery.

Job Duties :

• Create and prepare designs for customer apparel and promotional layouts.
• Converting images into vector-based art.
• Prepare production files for screen printed apparel.
• Meet quick turn deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Communicate on a regular basis with customers via email and phone.

Skills/Qualifications:

• MUST be well versed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent illustration skills and sense of composition.
• MUST have experience designing for Apparel. Preferred: experience working in the screen printing industry
• Have the knowledge and ability to separate and rip art files to be printed on screen.
• Ability to learn, follow directions, manage time wisely, and be flexible.
• Must possess the ability to organize and work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Detailed-Oriented.
• Spelling and Grammar Proficiency.
• Independent & strong problem solving skills.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking.
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and imagination!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)
