Purpose & aim:

Our graphic designer will be dedicated to design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand, implement, and develop designs for our brand's marketing strategy.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Actively keep updated with the brand’s ever-changing direction.
• Participate in meetings and be vocal and communicative.
• The capacity to work as part of a team.
• The capacity to work on own initiative and meet self-placed deadlines.
• Maintain an organized structure for the work you produce that is simple, clear, and efficient for the marketing team to access.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to be active; this is a computer oriented position. However, we require to have a very energetic personality.

Experience required:

• 2 years of graphic design experience in anything related to fashion, beauty or women's products.
