The GT Learning team, within the COO Change & Learning Management function within Global Technology Chief Operating Office, is accountable for supporting a talent pool of ready-now leaders by driving employee engagement and helping to deliver curricula that supports our transformation and career mobility. We are looking for a unique combination of skills/experiences: strong business acumen, superior communication and storytelling skills, and interest in driving cross-functional transformational change.
This role will support the Director of Global Technology Technical Learning driving the implementation of our learning academies / bootcamps partnering with a strategic vendor partnership and working with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall project management support for our live-virtual academies / bootcamps learning projects including developing and managing project artefacts (project plan, issues/actions log, status reports, etc.)
- Schedule training cohorts of participants with focus on creating positive experience for learners
- Drive cross-team execution of the project including dependencies, project communications and engagement activities
- Partner with external strategic vendor to determine, manage and track project execution
- Create reports and metrics, including regular leadership dashboards highlighting progress and changes to be used for making recommendations on project improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience as a project manager
· Must have experience serving as a project manager on large scale technical program or system deployment working with external vendors
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Outcomes oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence direction: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a self-directed manner
- Excellent project management skills resulting in on-time delivery
- Ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines
- Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
