In this role, you will work with progressive global customers looking for an operational service configuration to support their business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring processes are designed in ways to best meet the needs of BCD Travel and our customers while partnering and working across regional and centralized teams to help move the strategy forward.
A snapshot of this opportunity
- Assess business requirements to design and define processes based upon customer, technology and operational requirements while considering regional, market, and supplier nuances
- Ensure all processes to support the global service configurations and service delivery are documented and maintained in a format to be properly consumed by intended audience
- Review existing processes to determine existence of gaps between current and desired state
- Combine and analyze multiple data elements to understand operational performance gaps and potential enhancements and efficiency opportunities
- Summarize analysis and deliver plans to appropriate audiences based upon need
- Actively engage with Subject Matter Experts, Peers, Senior Leaders and Customers via email or video with professional, clear, and concise communication.
- Actively engage with Project Management to develop repeatable implementation plans based upon markets within the Global Service configuration and work within project teams to ensure business requirements are aligned with the global service strategy.
- Partner with Global Operations teams to identify service enhancements and efficiency opportunities
- Provide consulting to Program Management and Operations based on data-driven assessments
- Collaborate across teams to collect and consolidate data necessary to monitor and report on the global servicing strategy.
- Ensure appropriate requirement documentation delivered and reviewed by relevant stakeholder teams
- Establish comprehensive testing plans and facilitate teams responsible for end-to-end testing
- Establish baseline KPIs that will have a meaningful impact on the performance of operations and servicing processes
- Ensure appropriate technical feasibility and compliance documentation delivered by stakeholder teams
- Monthly review & prioritization of BCD Travel requirements with vendor/development team

How you can set yourself apart
- Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial experience
- Experience in a global working environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Project management and/or implementation experience
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports
- Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans and projects
- Ability to apply technology as an enabler to process improvement
- Ability to assimilate many viewpoints and information to get to the root cause
- Capable of identifying customer needs – listening to information, asking probing questions, applying knowledge, crafting solutions
- Capable of problem solving - anticipating, analyzing, and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
- Demonstrated competency in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Access, MS
