Summary

This paid position is designed as a supporting role to the Global Logistics Department, who service internal customers pertaining to the order fulfillment, transport, coordination, and delivery of product internationally and domestically

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned

• Process, audit, and approve Freight Invoices (international and domestic)
• Escalate non-conformance's in invoicing to appropriate personnel for resolution
• Review of Freight Carrier Statement of Accounts
• Documentation of freight costs for KPI's
• Communicate with various Logistics Service Providers

Education/Experience/Skills and Abilities

§ High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years experience OR

§ College education and/or knowledge of logistics highly desirable but not required

§ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required; Intermediate - Advanced skills highly desirable

• Detail Oriented and Analytical
• Excellent data/order entry skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
