About the position:
To provide custodial and minor maintenance for administrative offices, common areas, fixtures and materials for the facility and grounds. Follow health and safety procedures to ensure facility and grounds are hazard free.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Knowledgeable of miscellaneous minor maintenance and cleaning
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to use various chemicals and cleaning agents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Use effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

6 months experience with minor maintenance and cleaning, preferred

Knowledge of miscellaneous minor maintenance and cleaning
The position is 12 hours per week with a salary of $18.02 per hour. If you do not have the required experience we hire at a provisional rate of $16.50 per hour while we train you!
This position is eligible for Employee Assistance Program and Paid Time Off.
