The Sea Ranch Lodge is seeking a General Store Associate for our on-site shop.

Duties:

• To greet and ring up customers.
• Re-merchandising the store on a consistent basis to give return customers a new feel.
• To maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness in the store.
• To assist with performing monthly inventory.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Make sure the store is clean and attractive.
• To represent The Sea Ranch Lodge in a positive and professional manner.
• To receive shipments, and pack & send orders that come in via our online shop.
• Prior customer service experience and general knowledge of The Sea Ranch area is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Our ideal candidate is available to work weekends.

The Sea Ranch Lodge is set on 53 acres of coastal California landscape within The Sea Ranch community and has long been a gathering place for Sea Ranch residents and nearby neighbors. It is also an end point of the Bluff Trail, a public beach trail that stretches the length of The Sea Ranch, connecting to Gualala Regional Park. Beyond the Lodge spans acres of meadows, flora and fauna, a barn dating back to the 1870s, and access to Black Point Beach.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
