General Manager will handle overall pet sales, growing the business by handling inbound calls and chats from customers and performing account reviews to enhance customer experience. Top managers can regularly earn $1000-$1500+ per week in commissions alone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound support and sales via phone and chat with customers.
• Manage 1-2 people and motivate staff
• Capitalize on all sales opportunies
• Close out sales via telephone and in person.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 + years of sales experience REQUIRED
• 1+ years management REQUIRED
• English & Spanish (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• "Do what it takes" attitude
• Sales Sales Sales
• Excellent LEADER, Team Builder & Motivator
• Computer skills including basic typing skills, navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year
