They oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, make employment decisions and train employees. The General Manager develops and maintains the atmosphere of the restaurant in all areas consistent with branding.
The General Manager implements corporate initiatives and directs the activities of restaurant employees to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. They are also responsible for sales building, profit, turnover and building maintenance.

- 5 years management experience in a full service restaurant is a requirement
- Possesses excellent basic math skills and has the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
- Can work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Can reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
