General Manager Feed Manufacturing:

Salary range: $120-180k, DOE

ReConserve of Michigan, Inc, Battle Creek has over 85 years of experience -- is the largest, most experienced recycler of bakery, cereal grain, snack foods, and related food by-products in the United States. We provide sanitary, efficient removal and recycling services to the food and feed manufacturing industries nationwide.

Serving as a positive and motivating leader of a diverse team of up to 4 managers and about 20 hourly employees.

5+ years of general manager experience with complete control of the facility, looking for STRONG tenures, no relocation – local talent only

The General Manager position will involve:

• Provide overall hands on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service.
• Serving as a positive and motivating leader of a diverse team of up to 4 managers and 25 hourly workers
• Establishing and sustaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Planning and oversite of plant projects and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies and permits
• Provide weekly and monthly production and financial reporting as required

5+ years of exp, Bachelor’s Degree or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
