The established, successful, and continually growing hospitality group seeks knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, and driven operators.

This 5,500-square-foot hotel rooftop bar-restaurant will be in the heart of the thriving, competitive, and growing Short North.

We are looking for a General Manager passionate about great nightlife, beverage programs, and guest experience. Familiarity with Music management and/or nightlife operations is very desirable. Our hospitality group oversees multiple locations that throw dynamite parties, develop awesome beverage programs, and cultivate trend-forward culinary menus. A passion for quality in these areas is a must.

Our person would work with ownership and other managers (direct of ops, events/catering, marketing, and chef) to grow revenue and perfect the concepts. We are extremely passionate about developing workplace culture and aim to attract the best possible people to work with us in the positions we hire for.

Candidate should have a strong understanding of revenue growth, day-to-day operations, employee recruiting, employee training, front-of-the-house operations, back-of-the-house operations, emerging food trends, bar program training/development, craft beer program training/development, music, atmosphere, and all aspects of running a successful operation.

Salary is market competitive.

Bonuses will be based on profitability, including inventory cost control, labor cost control, and revenue growth.
