Job Description:

• Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan
• Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for the preventive maintenances
• Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor
• Performing the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work
• Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation
• Responsible for following the Quality Control program

• 8 hour shift
