Triumph Hospitality is seeking an experienced, skilled, detail-oriented General Foreman to work with our CEO on various projects.

Responsibilities for Foreman

• Report project progress to superiors
• Develop a work schedule for self and potential workers
• Supervise work site and workers
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Solve disputes between workers
• Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
• Assign tasks to construction workers
• Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
• Able and willing to perform or assist with any job at any stage of the construction process

Qualifications for Foreman

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to organize a work schedule
• Ability to solve disputes between workers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with OSHA guidelines
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
• Perform quality checks on construction equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
