1st, 2nd and 3rd shift caregiver opportunities $14-$15 per hour (depending on experience) plus $2 per hour weekend differential.

Homes for Independent Living is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team you will be providing daily care and supervision for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges. HIL provides an array of service models in a variety of residential settings. We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges.

No experience? No worries we are growing and have plenty of other programs for you to grow with us!

What will I be doing?

·Assist client with activities of daily living including physical assistance and personal cares.

·Redirect challenging behaviors - Promote independence and quality of life.

·Assist with the cooking, cleaning in the home.

·All other duties as assigned.
