Position Overview: This role is responsible for working with the Game Presentation department as one of the game night floor managers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee sponsored elements both on the court and around the arena for contests, presentations, promotions, etc.
- Select fans to participate in in-game contests & promotions.
- Educate fans on each promotion/contest by explaining rules and execution of each contest.
- Set up and break down all contests/promotions/games and backstage prop area.
- Carry out pre-game rehearsals for anthem singers, halftime performances and other activities.
- Act as a liaison between performing groups and the Game Presentation department.
- Work with in-game hosts/players/high profile personalities for special guest promotions and recognitions.
- Track and store prizing for in-game contests.
- Provide a high quality customer service interaction with all guests to enhance the entertainment experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans & front office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.
- Availability to work at least 30 Wizards home games.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn.
