Position: Game Guide, Irvine (At the Spectrum Center)

Position Description: Our Game Guides create epic experiences based on each guest’s individual needs and wants. They are the frontline in making memories with every single guest!

How Game Guides Serve Our Guests and Our Team:

• Enthusiastically greeting every single guest
• Leading groups of 2-12 guests in a fun, friendly conversation
• Collecting information and making meaningful connections with our guests
• Enthusiastically explaining TEG and the rules of the game
• Using Game Guide software to monitor games and give teams clues and hints
• Giving a recap of the experience
• Demonstrating operational excellence by:
• Ensuring game components function properly
• accurately reset games
• Cleaning games and the building
• Restocking inventory
• Completing necessary reports

• Immediately and graciously resolving service failures

• Job essential: Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs and minor game repairs.
• Job essential: Quickly resetting numerous locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within specific time frames outlined in training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
