We are looking for an ambitious, self-starter as a Supervisor- 2nd Shift to join our team in the Fully Cooked Division.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Must have at least 3 years’ Ready-to-Eat Foods Experience in a Warehouse/Production Setting.
• At least 3 years' experience in the Fully Cooked Poultry Industry.
• One year of Supervisor Experience is Preferred, but not required.
• At least one year of cross training others is Preferred, but not required.
• Warehouse / Inventory system experience - ERP, Oracle, etc. is Preferred, but not required

Environment:

• Must be able to work under cool temperatures in work areas that are wet/ slippery.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time with an ability to grasp, lift, bend, stoop, push/pull.

Education/Licenses/ Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is Preferred, but not required
