Job description
A Nationwide Home Health agency is looking to bring on a Full-Time, Registered Nurse with the Cedartown, Georgia territory on a contractual basis through Sunbelt Staffing.

Job Duties:
- Travel to patients' homes and manage their care plans according to physicians instructions.
- Listen to concerns of family members and answer their questions.
- Educate caregivers and family on aftercare.
- Monitor patient recovery and compile reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Details:
- 13-Week Assignment
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per week
- Occasional on-call and weekends
- OT possible, not guaranteed
- Paid Hourly, not by visit
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Mileage reimbursement
- Medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k
Job Requirements:
- Active GA RN License
- Active AHA BLS
- At least 1 year of experience in Home Health
- Must have Oasis and Homecare Homebase experience
