Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn located in Wentzville, MO. This position will be responsible for arriving, departing and in-house guests as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.

What You Will Be Doing: Responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens and towels for the hotel in the ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform all stages of linen processing, including but not limited to: o Collecting, transporting, inspecting, sorting, loading and unloading washers, dryers, chutes, ironing, folding, storing and inventory

• Follow safety handling procedures for any stained or soiled linen for soaking and washing Clean dryer lint filters according to designated schedule

• Maintain linen inventory stock levels

• Maintain and monitors automatic soap dispensing machines to ensure proper amount of chemical is being used and notify supervisor on soap inventory levels

• Alert supervisor and maintenance of any problems or issues concerning the upkeep of equipment and hotel

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area, machinery and all storerooms

• Ensure all duties are performed in accordance with standard operating procedures in a safe, accident- free manner

• Assist Housekeeping as necessary
