Job description
Responsible for set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and other equipment before and after private events, including changing the VIP room layout from daytime to nighttime mode and resetting back to daytime mode at the end of VIP room nightly operations.Maintain VIP room bar during peak hours with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc., and restock liquor closet to prepare VIP bar for next event/show date.
Responsible for maintaining area cleanliness for events.
Provide support to runners as needed during events and shows.
Provide prompt, efficient, friendly, and quality service at all times.
Assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring product received is placed in proper storage locations, stock rotated and dated upon receipt.
Responsible for inventory of all tables, chairs, and other equipment used for events and making sure all items are clean and safe to use.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Regular and reliable attendance is an expectation of this job.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum one year experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Physical stamina
Self-direction
Ability to follow directions
Ability to lift/move heavy objects
