The Adult Care Services (ACS) program provides temporary respite care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities at our respite house in Fort Collins. Direct Support Providers have the rewarding opportunity to work with and support men and women with activities of daily living, social and recreational activities. This is a great opportunity to provide excellent and meaningful care and supports for individuals with varying abilities and care needs, and to help make their time away from home a wonderful experience.

Children’s Extensive Support (CES) is a program that supports children 0-18 years of age, with cognitive disabilities, high medical and / or behavior support needs. Services are provided within the family home or while spending time in the community. The ideal candidate must be self-directed and able to work successfully in autonomous settings. This is an extremely rewarding position and opportunity to make a positive connection in the life of a child with disabilities and become an important part of their time as they continue to grow up.

This position will split hours each week between supporting children in the CES program and supporting adults in the ACS program. Must be able to attend trainings and meetings at the main facility. Shifts include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Some intermittent schedule availability may be required. Driving is a requirement for this position.

-1 full-time position at 40 hrs. /wk., $16.04-$17.64/hr. DOE/DOQ, current CO DSP minimum wage for overnights

-19 paid holidays, approximate accrual of 2 weeks per year paid time off to start, paid sick leave and a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits
