Job Title: Full-time Bilingual Insurance Sales Associate

About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to provide superior customer service. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Assist with daily call volume (service level takes priority)
- Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction (phone, email, written correspondence, etc.)
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
- All other duties as assigned.
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Must be bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Must have at least 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use. Ability to learn new computer systems
- Schedule Flexibility
- Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues
- Not required, but preferred having Property and Casualty Insurance License for Texas
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off
Benefit Conditions: Waiting period of first 90 days
Supplemental Pay: Great Commissions Pay!
Ability to Commute: In and around the DFW area with reliable transportation
