Full Stack Engineer

The Role
In this role as a Sr Software Engineer you will be working with a strong blended business and technology team providing high quality end to end solutions that tackle sophisticated business problems.
The Team
The Corporate Technology Group (CTG) is seeking a skilled Database focused Java Developer to play a vital role in developing the future-state of the SHARES product suite using ‘Agile’ practices. The SHARES application is the internal compensation application for shareholders allowing transparency into their holdings, and also provides administration capabilities for the business associates performing the related operations!
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent training and experience
- 7+ years software development experience
- 3+ years Oracle development experience
- 3+ years of Java EE development experience
- 5+ years of Object Oriented development experience
- 2+ years of Web UI development experience
- 2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum/Lean environment
- Experience working with ALM tools such as Rally, JIRA, Version One, or RTC
- Angular experience would be a plus (can be replaced with strong SQL instead)

- Working directly with both SHARES technical and co-located business partners to develop maintainable software solutions that supply to the overall product
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the product and business domain
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the internal team, business partner, Architecture, and external teams
- Actively participating in backlog grooming, planning sessions, daily scrums, retrospectives, and any other team events
- Contribute to research, solution, and design sessions
- Promoting process-improvements to increase team velocity
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per day

- Oracle: 5 years (Preferred)
