We’re seeking an accountant who would love to help us champion our mission to provide global access to healthcare. At Odulair, we design and manufacture mobile and modular healthcare facilities, many of which are “world’s first” products. Anything you would see in a doctor’s office or hospital, we place in a truck, trailer, container, or bus so that people who have no access to healthcare, now can.

Odulair is experiencing rapid growth which will continue over the next several years. We are looking for an accountant to complete our team. You will be ultimately responsible for AP and AR, bank account reconciliation, and purchasing. We are a small business that manufactures low volume, high mix products. If you’ve got a proven track record of financial skills, a strong collaborative approach, tremendous personal initiative, and lean manufacturing know how, we would like to talk with you ASAP.

DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES

• Expert with QBO
• AP, AR invoicing and reconciliation
• Bank account reconciliation
• Payroll preparation with Gusto
• Experience with construction or ERP software and cost accounting
• Invoicing and collections
• Assist our CPA with tax data
• Other general office duties as needed

EDUCATION

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar, or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
