Fast-growing dynamic company providing fulfillment services to a variety of consumer product companies is seeking to hire a Fulfillment Center Manager. The Fulfillment Center Manager overseas the overall planning, organizing and operations of the fulfillment business. Duties including overseeing order processing, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control and management. The Manager monitors inventory and supply levels to ensure sufficient levels to fulfill all orders and organizes and slots inventory to maximize operational efficiencies. The Fulfillment Center Manager will utilize software, data, and analytics to optimize operations, track production metrics, and anticipate and resolve problems. Manager will be responsible for key metrics including compliance with customer service and accuracy levels and with meeting or exceeding internal labor and cost metrics. The Manager will be expected to improve the business through hiring, training, communication and enhancing systems and procedures. Provides the necessary equipment, tools, and training to staff to ensure safe and efficient operations. Complies with all OSHA and other laws, rules, regulations, and company safety and health policies and procedures. Responsible for personnel staffing levels, for personnel decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures and with assistance of HR department.
This position will report directly to the President of the company. Candidate must have at least five years of experience as a manager in a fulfillment or distribution center. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent, required. Associate degree plus strong experience will be considered. Candidate must demonstrate strong planning and analytical skills and expertise in Excel. Applicants should be knowledgeable and experienced in supply chain, inventory management, material requirement and planning and project management.

Pay: $81,227.00 - $129,963.00 per year
