That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join us. Not only will you assist with our printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs, you’ll also be an essential part of managing our customer experience.

The requirements are below, but what matters most is that you're willing to grow. We invest in potential and hire people who take initiative and have a desire to learn. In this position, we’ll provide you with on-the-job training for the machinery and technology you’ll be using.

You must be 18+ years to be considered for this position. Working nights, weekends, and holidays may sometimes be required.

Schedule shift: 1st shift- Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3PM

Responsibilities:
Posters and Prints

• Replace paper according to the size and customer demand.
• Keep workstation clean and tidy.
• Use system to send jobs according to the priority/urgency.
• Inform Team Leads if any orders cannot be sent due to a graphic error.
• Perform regular upkeep machine maintenance to fix paper jams, ink changes, and maintenance

tank changes.

• Check the quality of prints by looking for any scratches, debris that may have been printed over,

errors while cutting, and/or bent corners.

• Roll posters according to the size of the shipping tubes or package the Luster photo prints in

boxes.

• When working on the framed products, check the quality of frames before using them. Make sure

they are intact.

• Make sure that the plastic covers are clean and wiped off from all debris.
• Use proper amount of protective wrapping to make sure that the products will be protected while

in transit.

• When finished working, leave the workspace clean and safe.

OR
Mug Press

• Start the shift by checking the status of the mug sublimation printer such as the levels of inks and

ink collector, and the heat presses

• Perform the basic maintenance or recalibration when necessary. Inform the Department lead if

higher-level repair is necessary.

• Insert the paper (sublimation side facing down)

• Use system to send jobs according to the size and priority/urgency. Inform Team Leads if any

orders cannot be sent due to a graphic error.

• Organize your workspace to prevent confusion in different sizes/mugs to be produced such as

11oz/15oz mugs made in Thailand, 11oz/15oz Made in USA.

• Use system to pick the corresponding print to be sublimated onto a mug, record your activity and

print packing slips.

• Check the quality of the mugs before the sublimation to use only damage-free mugs.
• Prepare the mugs for sublimation with precision and speed.
• While sublimating, follow the timers, do not allow for the mugs to stay too long in the presses.
• After the sublimation of mugs, be mindful of graphic or physical damages to mug.
• After the mugs have cooled down, package the mugs using different size shipping boxes and
• shipping protection depending on the size of the mug.
• Use proprietary system to record your activity.
• When finished working, leave the workspace clean and safe.

Canvas and Wall Decals

• Be able to operate and troubleshoot software.
• Change the paper according to the type customer production demand such as

• Be aware of the heated areas of the printers (above 200 F degrees).
• Perform the basic printer maintenance (ink/ink cartridge changes) when necessary.
• Follow specific instructions to lube machinery during daily maintenance cleaning.
• Use systems to send orders, while checking for quality or file errors.
• Make sure that all canvas are properly rolled into machine and cut to size.
• Check the quality of prints by looking for any scratches, debris that may have been printed over,

errors while cutting.

• Use system to pick the corresponding print to be stretched over canvas frame, record your activity

and print packing slips.

• Apply precision when stretching canvas to ensure perfect alignment. Use the staple gun to attach

the stretched canvas to the frame.

• Package the canvases Using different size shipping boxes and shipping protection materials

depending on the size of the canvas
